Internap will be conducting a full annual UPS preventive maintenance that will include utility fail over testing. During this time the site will be testing the fail over system by shutting off utility power, thus allowing the UPS systems and generators to carry the load. This maintenance is designed to be transparent to operations. Site engineers will work closely with the vendor to assure that the maintenance is non-intrusive. No customer impact is expected.
During this period, all Internap services (Remote Hands, installations, work visits, etc.) will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.

This maintenance will be service impacting for clients in these environments as new firewalls and load balancers are brought online and the existing are removed. All efforts are being made to reduce the duration of the service impacts.
